Monday â Friday 8am â 5pm\n\nThe Receptionist is responsible for receiving and welcoming customers via phone, email or in person and general office maintenance\n\nJob duties include:\n\nAnswer customer inquiries & general customer service via phone and email.\nGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.\nDirect visitors to the appropriate person and office\nOffice and Supply Maintenance\nEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)\nReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.\nGeneral Computer work, within Microsoft Suite.\nWebsite Equipment Listing Updates and Maintenance.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nSkills:\n\nProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nWeb based marketing experience.\nAbility to handle office equipment, such as the telephone system, printer and the fax machine\nProfessional attitude and appearance\nSolid written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.\nGood telephone communication etiquette.\nAdept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking\nFast and eager learner\nCustomer service attitude\nHigh school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.\nPerks include:\n\nStrong Emphasis on a great work/life balance with 2 weeks paid vacation 1 week paid sick leave plus paid holidays, prorated the first year.\nHigh pace work environment.\nComprehensive benefits package including 100% of health and dental insurance premiums paid by the company, and competitive retirement plan with employer-match after 6 months.
