The Yard Person is responsible for efficiency and organization of the inventory in the yard.\n\nJob duties include:\n\nEquipment handler\nManual Labor abilities & yard cleanup\nAbility to lift and carry at least 50lbs\nBasic equipment maintenance\nLoading and unloading trucks & trailers\nCommunicating delays or discrepancies with management\nOther duties assigned\nComplete work efficiently and at a high level of quality.\nMaintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines and equipment.\nIdentify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities in the dealership’s area of responsibility.\nFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.\nMaintain a positive and professional working relationship with coworkers, with a strong commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.\nSkills:\n\nCommitment to providing exceptional customer service.\nAbility to work independently.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood organizational and problem-solving skills.\nAble to work in a team environment.
