The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing efforts through strategic planning, campaign execution, and cross-campus collaboration. This role focuses on enrollment-driven marketing initiatives, digital and social media strategy, advertising, and institutional messaging, all aimed at attracting students, strengthening the reputation and public profile, and advancing our mission.\n\nThe Marketing Specialist works closely with a Marketing team, Creative Services, and Enrollment Services, and partners across campus to ensure marketing initiatives are clear, consistent, timely, and strategically aligned with the comanie's goals. This position requires a strong command of integrated marketing strategy, project leadership, data-informed decision-making, and team collaboration, as well as a deep appreciation for mission-centered communication.\n\nEssential Roles and Responsibilities Include:\n\nAssists in the development and execution of marketing strategies that support enrollment goals and raise institutional visibility across all marketing channels, including print, web, email, social media, and digital advertising.\nContributes to strategic planning and execution for digital, email, social media, and multichannel marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are targeted, effective, and mission-aligned.\nEnsures timely completion of assigned projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication among marketing, creative, and campus partners.\nImplements consistent and compelling messaging.\nCollaborates with Creative Services in the development of marketing materials that strengthen and steward the Universityâs brand and positioning.\nAnalyzes data and performance metrics to refine strategies, improve outcomes, and inform future marketing initiatives.\nProvides leadership and guidance within marketing initiatives, supporting collaboration, accountability, and clarity across project teams.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned in support of marketing and communication goals.\n\nDesired Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience Include:\n\nRequired: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field\nPreferred: Masterâs degree\nRequired: Minimum of five years of experience leading marketing or communications initiatives, developing strategies for diverse audiences, and managing complex projects.
