The Coordinator of Executive Services serves as the primary manager of Executive Services, providing high-level administrative leadership, project management, and operational oversight in support of the University’s executive leadership.\n\nThis role is central to the daily functioning of Executive Services, ensuring clear communication, professional hospitality, careful coordination, and exceptional discretion. The coordinator works closely with the President, Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff, and colleagues across the University to steward schedules, communications, budgets, and personnel in a manner that reflects the mission.\n\nThe ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, calm leadership, and a deep commitment to service, confidentiality, and excellence.\n\nBenefits Include:\nRetirement benefits with an 8% match\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\nFree or discounted tuition for employees and dependents\nDiscounted Meal Plan\nDiscounted membership at the campus Wellness Center\nEssential Roles and Responsibilities Include:\nInteracts and engages with all members of the university community and visitors in a welcoming, friendly, and professional manner that reflects Benedictine hospitality\nFosters an environment of open and continuous communication within Executive Services while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion regarding the operations\nProactively manages the President’s and EVP’s schedule, appointments, and travel; electronically maintains the professional and personal calendars of the President and EVP\nCoordinates all business communications for Executive Services of the University, including telephone and e-mail communications for the President and EVP\nConducts research and gathers background information for the President, EVP, and Chief of Staff in preparation for meetings and upcoming events\nSupervises the Communications and Hospitality Specialist, the Executive Support Specialist, and student workers.\nServes as budget manager for Executive Services of the company, overseeing and/or coordinating purchases, requisitions, invoices, reimbursements, etc.; acts as liaison of Executive Services to the University’s Business Office\nMonitors the Hiring for Mission Process for the President’s Office, to include providing timely hiring responses to both the Office of Human Resources and hiring managers of the company\nActs as liaison to the company's travel vendor(s)\nCoordinates supplemental administrative support for the Office of Public Affairs, as needed\nDesired Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience Include:\nRequired: Bachelor’s degree\nPreferred: Master’s degree\nRequired: Minimum of three to five years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience.\n\nKnowledge and Skills Required:\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with executive leadership and campus partners.\nDemonstrated discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard administrative technologies.\nAbility to contribute to the professional tone of Executive Services through dress, demeanor, and communication.
