Industry leading, employee owned company is looking for a career-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator/Project Manager.\n\nDuties include:\n\n· Thoroughly analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and historical project data in order to accurately determine manpower needs, project time, and materials cost consistent with job completion actuals.\n\n· Professionally interfacing with operations personnel, general contractors, and material suppliers in support of key duties.\n\n· In a sales capacity will be responsible for development and delivery of new business and maintaining business relationships.\n\n· Working through Foremen and Team Leads, will have responsibility for an expanding team of employees in matters of performance, quality, adherence to company policies, safety, attendance, discipline, and issue resolution.\n\n· Assures continual process improvement through analysis of completed projects in relation to original estimates, determination of variances to plan, and proposal of action(s) to minimize or eliminate future variances.\n\n\nMust possess an Associate's degree in Construction Management (Bachelor's degree a plus) or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nBenefits:\n\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nFlexible spending account\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nTuition reimbursement\nVision insurance
