Part-Time Office Administrator / Client Relations Coordinator \nSchedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week) \n\nPosition Overview: \nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Office Administrator \n/ Client Relations Coordinator to support daily office operations and enhance client experience. \nThis role combines administrative responsibilities with client-facing interaction and offers the \nopportunity to assist with event coordination and project support. \nKey Responsibilities: \n• Provide general office and clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document \nmanagement \n• Manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions \n• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all client relations \n• Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance \n• Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) tasks \n• Support follow up on outstanding balances as needed \n• Track job costs and assist with project-related financial documentation \n• Support scheduling, calendar management, and internal coordination \n• Assist with planning and coordinating company events or client-related activities \n• Maintain organized and efficient office systems and procedures

Qualifications: \n• Previous experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service preferred \n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) \n• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail \n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively \n• Basic understanding of accounting functions (payroll, A/P, A/R) is a plus \n• Self-motivated and able to work independently
