This isn’t your average body shop—you’ll be splitting your time between meticulous classic restorations, modern custom builds, and standard insurance-based collision repair. If you take pride in flawless metalwork and seamless finishes, we want to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\n• Restoration & Custom Work: Perform high-quality bodywork on vintage and custom projects, including panel fitment, metal straightening, and filler work.\n• Collision Repair: Execute teardowns, structural repairs, and reassembly for insurance claims to industry standards.\n• Adaptability: Efficiently pivot between long-term restoration projects and fast-turnaround insurance jobs as priorities shift.\n• Workflow Management: Maintain high output to stay ahead of a busy shop backlog without sacrificing quality.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n• Experience: Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a body shop environment.
