Position Summary\nThe Operations & Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Western ND location, ensuring all departments run efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service, operational profitability, and a professional facility environment. This role involves team leadership, inventory management, service coordination, and continuous communication with company leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations Management\n• Oversee and effectively manage all departments within the location.\n• Implement policies and procedures that support efficient and profitable operations.\n• Monitor service performance including delivery completion, valet services, and collections.\n• Assist with Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to ensure timely service.\n• Assist delivery and service teams when additional manpower is required.\nCustomer Service\n• Follow up with customers regarding service needs and satisfaction.\n• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.\n• Assist customers with product or vehicle pickups as needed.\n• Ensure accurate invoicing and collection for all service and valet transactions.\nTeam Leadership & HR\n• Perform HR-related duties for West Side operations.\n• Train new and existing employees on company procedures and expectations.\n• Hold weekly staff meetings to provide support, updates, and guidance.\n• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with staff.\nInventory & Supply Management\n• Order parts and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory control.\n• Manage and maintain accurate inventory within the service warehouse.\n• Receive and process weekly inventory transfers.\nMaintenance & Facility Oversight\n• Report and coordinate necessary vehicle and building maintenance.\n• Ensure the property remains clean, organized, and professional in appearance.\nAdministrative & Communication\n• Maintain consistent communication with managers regarding the performance and status of the Bismarck location.\n• Track service metrics and operational performance.\n• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.\nQualifications\n• Strong leadership and team management skills\n• Excellent communication and customer service abilities\n• Organizational and multitasking skills\n• Experience with inventory control and operational procedures\n• Ability to resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
