We are recruiting for 2 Apartment Custodians. These positions are responsible for common area janitorial service such as hallways, entrance and laundry rooms if applicable in the buildings. This position is also responsible for clean out and deep cleaning of units when someone is evicted or moves out without cleaning as required by tenant agreement. \nMust have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get from Apartment Building to Apartment Building.
