Schedule: Part-Time (Hours flexible within 8-5pm) 15 - 20 hours a week\n\nOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and have an interest in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.\n\nRole Overview\nThis position provides critical support to our accounting department, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). You will ensure our financial records, parts inventory, and customer billing remain as high-performance as the vehicles we build.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n* Accounting & Billing (AP/AR Support):\n* Support the accountant with invoice and packing slip matching and entry.\n* Enter vendor invoices; coordinate with the parts department if discrepancies are identified.\n* Data & Document Management:\n* Perform high-accuracy data entry to maintain organized records.\n* Scan and copy documents, upload and attach in software.\n* Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.\n* General Administration:\n* Support special projects as needed.\n* Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, organizing, and administrative support.\n\nRequirements\n\n* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.\n* Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities and obsession for accuracy and detail.\n* Mindset: Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to jump in where needed.
