Job Description: \n\n* Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate records including AP/AR, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, deferred revenue, and general ledger reconciliations\n* Accounting Software Setup: Configure charts of accounts, invoice templates, contacts, and reporting formats\n* Software Integrations: Coordinate integrations with platforms like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Gusto, Bill, and others\n* Month-End Close: Reconcile balance sheet schedules and deliver timely financial statements\n* Client Relationships: Provide exceptional service through phone, video, and email communication\n* Workflow Documentation: Build and document onboarding workflows in our project management system\n* Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with Account Managers to ensure consistency and quality\n* Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to streamline operations\n* Strong computer skills—you’re fluent in accounting software, cloud platforms, and M365\n* Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other financial tools\n* Comfort with client-facing communication, both written and video\n* Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems\n* Ability to work independently and collaboratively\n* Resourcefulness and a solution-oriented mindset\n* Experience developing and documenting workflows from scratch\n\nQualifications\n\n* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (preferred)\n* 1–5 years of bookkeeping experience (depending on level)\n* Bonus: Experience with tools like SaaS, B2B model, and integrated platforms\n\nBenefits: \n\n* Flexible Schedule & Work-Life Balance\n* Health & Wellness Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, Life Insurance)\n* Retirement Plan & Paid Time Off\n* Employee Assistance Program\n* Supportive Team Culture\n* Opportunities for Growth & Mentorship\n* Community Engagement & Volunteerism
