They are a Family & Employee owned company servicing the automotive, commercial and industrial markets with motor oils, drive train oils, hydraulics fluids and greases as well as coolants, filter products, and service chemicals for 100 years. With a long history of customer service and market growth servicing 10 states with 10 warehouse locations.\n\nTerritory Business Representative: This position is responsible for the sale and support of their branded products and services, including the following: Lubricants, Filters, Chemicals and diesel exhaust fluid. They provide a competitive compensation (base plus no cap commissions) and benefits package along with company Vehicle, laptop, and phone.\n\nResponsibilities Include:\n⢠Sell profitable new key business in an assigned territory through cold calling, lead development and networking\n⢠Deliver customized presentations to a variety of decision makers to form key partnerships leading to new business\n⢠Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product in your territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort)\n⢠Use of CRM tool to drive sales performance and exceed volume and goals.\nRelationships and Roles:\n⢠To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees\n⢠To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity\n⢠Develop and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values\n⢠Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.\nDesired Job Specifications:\n⢠Documented B2B outside sales experience\n⢠experience developing, maintaining, and delivering on sales goals and objectives\n⢠Bachelorâs degree\n⢠Experience working for both privately held and publicly held organizations.\nRequired Job Specifications:\n⢠Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements\n⢠Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems\n⢠Willingness to travel and work with team of professionals - approximately 25 - 50%\n⢠Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills\n⢠Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language\n⢠Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.\nEmployer Notes:\n⢠A background check and drug screen will be conducted\n⢠Driving record will be checked for insurability\nBenefits include: Medical, Dental, 401K, ESOP, company paid Long Term Disability, company paid Life Insurance as well as optional voluntary Life Insurance, employee discount, PTO, paid while training, and employee discount.\n.\nJob Type: Full-time 40+ hours\n\n⢠Travel reimbursement\nCompensation Package:\n⢠Base pay range $65,000 - $85,000 per year\n⢠Bonus opportunities\n⢠Commission pay paid twice a month\n⢠Profit sharing
