Carpenter / Installer \n\nOur client is looking to add an experienced Carpenter/Installer to our team. This role is ideal for commercial carpenters who are seeking a long-term career in office furniture construction. Most of the work will take place on customer job sites across the Bismarck/Mandan area and throughout Western North Dakota, coordinating closely with customers, and vendors.\n \nResponsibilities \n\n⢠Ensure quality standards are met on every project. \n⢠Communicate progress, changes, and issues effectively. \n⢠Follow established job schedules. \n⢠Maintain a clean, safe, and secure job site. \n⢠Work efficiently while upholding safety practices. \n⢠Read and follow blueprints and building plans to meet client needs. \n⢠Install architectural, panel office systems, and desking systems. \n⢠Measure, cut, and assemble materials as required. \n\nQualifications \n\n⢠Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience (commercial preferred). \n⢠Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. \n⢠Skilled in all phases of carpentry, with high attention to detail. \n⢠Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills. \n⢠Experience with quality control and high-end remodels preferred. \n⢠Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. \n⢠Physically able to perform carpentry work. \n⢠U.S. citizen or proof of legal residency. \n⢠Must pass a substance abuse screening. \n⢠Valid driverâs license preferred. \n\nBenefits \n⢠7 paid holidays annually. \n⢠Paid time off. \n⢠AFLAC supplemental insurance (pre-tax). \n⢠Retirement plan with 2% annual company match. \n⢠Company-provided clothing (shirts, coats, hats).
