We are seeking a Draftsman/BIM Coordinator with a solid foundation in drafting and model coordination, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate has moderate experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office, and is ready to support our design and engineering team \nin delivering exceptional aquatic projects from concept through construction. \nKey Responsibilities: \n• Produce clear, accurate construction drawings for pools, splash pads, piping systems, \nand mechanical rooms using AutoCAD and Revit. \n• Coordinate BIM models and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design accuracy and clash-free integration. \n• Support project managers and engineers with the development of submittals, shop \ndrawings, and as-built documentation. \n• Maintain and manage drawing files, model updates, and documentation throughout all \nproject phases. \n• Work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and incorporate design revisions. \n\nQualifications: \n• 2–5 years of experience in drafting, design, or BIM coordination (preferably in \nconstruction, MEP, or related fields). \n• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). \n• Familiarity with construction documentation and standards. \n• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical plans. \n• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \n• Effective communicator and team player. \n\nPreferred Experience: \n• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering \nTechnology, or related field. \n• Experience in the aquatics industry or with MEP systems. \n• Exposure to BIM tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar. \n• Experience with SketchUp or similar 3D rendering/modeling software is a plus. \n• Understanding of pool systems, piping layouts, or water features is a plus.
