ob Description: \n\n* Focus on fundraising efforts, including cultivating and nurturing major donors (individuals, corporations, and foundations) in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana.\n* Develop major special events in Bismarck to raise funds and engage the community.\n* Volunteer Development and Stakeholder Engagement:\n* Recruit, engage, and develop volunteers and stakeholders.\n* Coordinate public presentations and involvement with organizations such as service clubs and the Chamber to promote client in the Bismarck area.\n* Reporting and Metrics:\n* Regularly report on the Bismarck office’s progress toward established performance metrics.\n* Develop an annual plan of major donor activities in Bismarck for approval by the Executive Director.\n* Other Duties as required \n\nJob Qualifications\n\n* 3-5 years of experience in development management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.\n* Education:\n* Minimum B.A. in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.\n* Skills and Attributes:\n* Problem-solving ability.\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a quick-moving team.\n* Maintain a sense of humor.\n* Detail-oriented and accurate in work product.\n* Technologically friendly.
