Job Description: \n\n* Lead a calendar of concurrent fundraising events, supporting each through various phases of planning and execution.\n* Collaborate with leadership to align event goals and themes with overall fundraising strategies.\n* Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective donors across the region.\n* Design and distribute templated event toolkits (checklists, timelines, promotional materials, etc.) for volunteer use.\n* Identify, train, and mentor volunteer hosts and planning committees in each target state.\n* Foster ongoing communication, motivation, and support through virtual meetings, calls, and resources.\n* Provide proactive and responsive guidance throughout the planning and implementation process.\n* Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute outreach plans via email, social media, local media, and community networks.\n* Ensure all communications are aligned with GCP branding and messaging standards.\n* Capture and share compelling stories, images, and data from events to highlight impact and engage stakeholders.\n* Oversee end-to-end logistics for each event, including timelines, supply coordination, and budget management.\n* Ensure accurate registration, ticketing, donation tracking, and post-event reporting.\n* Represent the organization at select events to support volunteers and elevate clients presence.\n* Coordinate prompt and personalized thank-yous for donors and volunteers.\n* Collect feedback and measure event outcomes to refine future efforts.\n* Maintain thorough documentation in clients CRM, including contacts, budgets, and event results.\n\nJob Requirements: \n\n* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in nonprofit event planning, fundraising, or volunteer engagement.\n* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for relationship-building.\n* Self-starter who thrives in both collaborative and independent work settings.\n* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.\n* Willing to travel within the region and occasionally work evenings or weekends.\n* Experience with grassroots or peer-to-peer fundraising models.\n* Understanding of the six-state regional landscape and community dynamics.\n* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.\n\n* Comprehensive health insurance package.\n* Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.\n* The chance to make a transformative impact on children and families in need.
