Job Description: \n\n* Make initial outreach to identified accounts\n\n* Lead discovery sessions to validate customer fit\n\n*Lead opportunity discovery sessions to deliver winning offerings\n\n* Present solution to customer, aligning with previously developed value proposition.\n\n* Overcome objections and secure order\n\n*Develop & implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets\n\n* Analyze market trends & competitors in Territory\n\n* Develop & manage a list of key prospects\n\n*Collaborate with sales & business development teams ability to cross sell & up sell a wide array of products and services to the industrial markets\n\n* Support a strong pipeline of prospects & opportunities\n\n* Manage expectations of the customer to deliver the most successful results every time\n\n* Plan and execute customer meetings (in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site visits\n\n* Plan and execute a variety of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks and responsibilities required for successfully growing and developing accounts in a territory\n\n* Engage in and contribute to sales meetings and initiatives for planning, strategizing and successfully implementing sales objectives\n\n* Travel within territory to engage targeted accounts\n\n* Participate or Lead Tradeshow/Expos as appropriate, from initiation thru lead follow up\n\n* Maintain a positive âcan-doâ problem-solving attitude\n\n* Communicate competitive market information to help sales support team build competitive bids\n\nJob Requirements: \n\n* Minimum five (1) years of applicable experience in technical sales, Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing preferred.\n\n* Growth mindset with the ability to think strategically\n\n* Ability to multitask, be adaptable and problem solve\n\n* Ability to understand customer behaviors and industry trends\n\n* Proven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets with a strong consultative sales approach\n\n* Experience with and Microsoft Office\n\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\n*Strong listening and organizational skills\n\n* Strong self-initiative with the ability to effectively work without direct supervision\n\n* Business acumen, understanding of ROI\n\n*Overnight travel required \n\n* Company vehicle provided
