Position Overview\n\nLeads the company’s employee engagement and talent management activities. This includes engaging community partners, managers, employees both internally and externally. There primary focus will be on talent attraction and retention efforts along with employee development and performance management.\n\nThis position needs to be an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly.\n\n\nJob Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and three years progressive related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience\nRequires a valid driver’s license\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in human resources may be preferred\nPrevious recruitment experience preferred
