Outside Sales\nWe are seeking two (2) Outside Sales Professionals. Our Client is employee-owned and has been in business supplying lumber and other building materials for over 70 years. We are seeking a professional and motivated individuals with proven sales skills, preferably in the residential and commercial building industry, but all sales history will be strongly considered. Growth and Management opportunities are available for the right individual(s).\n\nQualifications:\nThe ideal candidate would have material knowledge in siding, windows, roofing and framing materials with the ability to estimate these products from customer provided blueprints, but we are willing to train and mentor the right candidate without this specific background and skillset.\n\nResponsibilities:\nThe primary responsibilities of this position include the following:\n• Building strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new customers\n• Estimating building materials from a provided blueprint\n• Presenting proposals to customers\n• Inputting sales and purchase orders in our system\nTypical work hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm with occasional Saturday mornings\n\nPay and Benefits:\nThese positions are paid salary plus commission with many of our salespeople exceeding $80K per year.
