Hours: 7am - 3:30pm\n\nJob Description:\n\n* Open facility\n* Follow maintenance staff checklist to complete tasks (i.e., clean building floors: collect and dispose of trash: clean glass windows and doors.: and move furniture or equipment).\n\n* Produce quality work within pre-set time frames. \n* Ensure that proper cleaning and maintenance procedures are being followed. \n* Use personal protective equipment correctly. \n* Assit with setting up for special events and activities.\n* Lawn maintenance and snow removal as assigned. \n* check afternoon temperatures on all freezers and refrigerators and record appropriate log\n* Run errands by Facility Manager or Executive Director (i.e., Us Foods, Sam's Club etc.). \n* Perform all other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager or Executive Director. \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n* Ability to understand the job description and complete the tasks on a self-motivated level.\n* Ability to lift 50+ lbs. \n* Experience in setting up for events/activities a plus. \n* A valid ND license and reliable transportation is required.
