Hours: 8am - 5pm \n\nPosition Overview\n\nThis position provides company-wide support to all staff. Duties include standard office assistant duties including the independent execution of tasks, and the creation and management of documents utilizing Microsoft Office. In addition, this position will answer phone calls, maintain organized files, and distribute interoffice correspondence.\n\nPrimary Job Functions:\nâ¢ Answer and direct incoming calls.\nâ¢ Promptly process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate staff. Process outgoing mail and bring to post office at end of day. \nâ¢ Sort and distribute internal communications, file project documents.\nâ¢ Maintain project documentation organization. Create project folders by creating labels and maintain accurate electronic project lists.\nâ¢ Draft documents utilizing Word.\nâ¢ Research historical project data as needed.\nâ¢ Ensure printer and fax machine are supplied with paper/toner.\nâ¢ Order supplies as needed.\nâ¢ Organize and prepare bi-yearly pool seminars. Includes applications, payments, \n room reservations, food ordering, and exam correction. \nâ¢ Update equipment lists utilizing Excel.\nâ¢ Maintain archived hard copy documents.\nâ¢ Other duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nâ¢ Experience in an office environment or equivalent.\nâ¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.\nâ¢ Strong oral and written communication skills. \nâ¢ Strong interpersonal skills, superior telephone etiquette, service oriented, personable, and flexible.\nâ¢ Punctual, self-starter, reliable, and organized.\nâ¢ Able to manage multiple tasks at a time.
