Job Description:\n\n* Answering incoming calls - receives and directs company phone inquiries to the appropriate personnel \n* Gather customer information\n* Schedule and coordinate service calls \n* Dispatch technicians throughout the day\n* Greets and directs walk-in customers in a friendly and helpful manner\n* Maintains clean work and customer areas \n* Assist in general office duties such as reception, filing, mail and other duties as assigned\n* Data entry using Quickbooks and Excel\n* Provide support to other personnel\n* Fill in down time however needed \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n* Must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and written to all levels of employees\n* Must be able to take compete and accurate messages\n* Must be able to follow processes and procedures from beginning to end\n* Must have good organizational skills \n* Must have strong multitasking skills \n* Quickbooks experience needed
