We are searching for experienced Desktop Support Technicians for a 12 month+ contract position imaging, deploying, and supporting Desktop environment\n\nJob Description:\n\nThe Enterprise desktop administrator will provide support and administration to enterprise business applications, including the response to incidents, request processing and daily administration tasks associated with the applications. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and support services to our clients to ensure long term relationships with high client satisfaction using ITIL Methodologies. This role must have strong client relationship skills and be able to independently resolve client satisfaction escalations and facilitate technical escalation when required.\n\nDUTIES AND TASKS:\n• Maintain strong technical knowledge and understanding of the application including all integrations\n• Monitor, coordinate and resolve incidents and/or changes requested by customers and internal staff\n• Identify, document, and clearly articulate operational functions and work with business analysts to identify improvement opportunities\n• Maintain records and update/create documentation as necessary.\n• Assist with after-hours maintenance activities and participate in on-call rotations.\n \nEnterprise Req Skills\nSupport,Windows,Printers,Technical support,Install,Desktop,Windows 10,Hardware,Troubleshooting,Imaging,Deployment\n- IT Desktop/laptop Hardware imaging/deploying and inventory management experience\n- Solid understanding of file management and Application Data copying for data transfers\n- Excellent communication and people skills\n- experience with Windows 10 Incident Management/support experience (Help Desk/Desktop support)\n- Experience/knowledge working within ServiceNow ticketing and Knowledge Management platforms.\n- Excellent communication and people skills
