Primary Responsibilities:\n- Manage full-cycle accounting: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations\n- Prepare monthly financial, HUD/VMS reports, and grant tracking\n- Support budgeting, year-end close, and external audits\n- Process biweekly payroll and maintain benefit records\n- Ensure compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 and other applicable regulations\n- Provide financial management for Community Homes of Bismarck, Inc., including restricted fund tracking\n- Assist with project accounting for development and rehabilitation activities\n- Support HR functions such as on-boarding, employee file maintenance, and benefit coordination
