Job duties include:\n\n* Call on and travel to companies and businesses to sell industrial equipment, as well as provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements on customer’s existing equipment.\n* Provide competitive information for bids, pricing and potential bundling arrangements for units and parts.\n* Perform product demonstrations, installations and application support.\n* Take orders and deliver products, including providing consistent, effective communication with the customer on delivery schedules, repair estimates, etc.\n* Continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.\n* Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities in the dealership’s area of responsibility.\n* Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales.\n* Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.\n* Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with coworkers, with a strong commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
